據(jù)《亞洲潤滑油周刊》9月23日消息，韓國關稅廳公布的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，8月份韓國基礎油出口量較去年同期下降3%，而基礎油出口價值同比增長8%。

8月份韓國出口了326,898噸基礎油，去年同期為338225噸。除今年6月出口300518噸外，8月份的基礎油出口量是自2021年5月(321141噸)以來的最低值。

8月份韓國基礎油出口額為4.188億美元，較去年8月份的3.863億美元增長8%。8月份的出口額是今年單月的第三高，僅次于7月的5.659億美元和5月的4.839億美元。

韓國是世界上最大的API III類基礎油供應國之一。

該國8月份進口了20175噸基礎油，比去年同期的24036噸減少了16%。8月的進口量比7月(50027噸)減少了60%，是自2021年6月(19699噸)以來的最低值。

8月份韓國基礎油進口額同比增長8%，至2850萬美元，高于上年同期的2630萬美元。8月份的進口額較7月份的7280萬美元下降61%，是3月份2390萬美元以來的最低水平。

South Korea Export Volume Dips

The volume of base oil exported by South Korea fell 3% in August, compared to the same month last year, while the declared value of the exported base oil rose 8%, according to data released by the Korea Customs Service.

The country exported 326,898 metric tons of base oil in August, compared with 338,225 tons in the same month last year. Except for 300,518 tons in June, August was the lowest export weight since 321,141 tons in May 2021.

The value of the base oil exported was up 8% in August at $418.8 million, compared with $386.3 million. The August value was the third highest for a month this year, behind $565.9 million in July and $483.9 million in May.

South Korea is one of the world’s largest merchant suppliers of API Group III base oils.

The country imported 20,175 tons of base oil in August, 16% less than 24,036 tons from the say period a year ago. Sequentially, August was a 60% drop from 50,0272 tons in July and was the lowest import volume since 19,699 tons in June 2021.

The value of the base oil imported in August was up 8% at $28.5 million, compared to $26.3 million. Sequentially, that was down 61% from $72.8 million in July and was the lowest import value since $23.9 million in March.
